I am Rahman Ali I worked in Qatar 2years but due to crises I lost my job and now I am in India from last six month.
In Qatar I was used my credit crad upto QR15000 but due to financial problem I did not pay my card dues but now I got job in UAE and I will pay the dues from there.
So my question is if the bank file case in Qatar so will I trouble in UAE.

Please let me know the rules of credit card defaulter.
