Hi Carol,
Daniel Morris was my main contact initially. He approached me in October/November last year and said he would get an interview set up. He then got in touch again in December and said that the people doing the interviews were away at another event and it would have to wait until mid January. I then heard from someone at DAGOC in late January and set up a time for a phone interview - hey presto, 3 days later I got a job offer! My best advice is to keep hounding Daniel via e-mail and the phone as that's what I did and it worked. All in all, my process was surprisingly easy - I've never been offered a job on the basis of a 45 minute telecon before!
All the best,
Andy
