The British Council used to have a library... I assume they still do. We used it for the kids schoolwork more than anything, until I found books that I love reading when I was a kid... 'Just William' and 'Jeeves'. Then I was hooked.
Hope its still there, it was seriously big enough to handle a few years worth of reading.
