hi nelli i am very much surprised, why do u want to throw away teh oppurtunity to be a doctor?i had one freind frm lebonon who came all the way to india just to become a doc and he struggled with the language and finally we were so hapy that he made it inspite of having a tough time with culture language etc. so think again and dont be in a haste to leave your medical college.
