Good question I have very gud reply. Drunk and drive is prohibited in qatar and smoking in public place is prohibited in qatar.
Both are gud things.
1. Drunk and drive - it will lead to accidents and it will lead to blood money punishment.
2. Smoking in public place is harm for other people who is near to you.
