I called Oxygen office yesterday afternoon and again, without any apology the lady on the phone told me that you will do refunds at the office only!
I could not understand the directions she was trying to tell me, so I had to ask my arabic-speaking colleague to help us. She also told me that they posted the new information on the web site, yet, you can see the old content, no cancellation and no refund information there. I am really sorry that the event is cancelled because if you do not count L.Ritchie's and B.Adams' concert, this would be a first commercial concert of that kind in Doha. I hope their staff will learn from mistakes and be more professional next time. They gave me my QR500 back last night.
