I wouldn't wish Beverley Hills Tower on anyone right now - at least not until the finish building it!
Beverley Hills and the next door Regency Towers were Media Residence Towers during the Asian Games.
Bev Hills was just about finished but without many of the promised fixtures and fittings such as gym etc., but the views from the 29th floor is amazing
Regency was less finished - but did have the bonus of many rooms - or apartments - having balconies - there are no balconies in Beverley Hills.
But there is still new building going on all around those towers and the view diminishes by the day.
The pavements all subsided and collapsed after the heavy rain and in three weeks there was no attempt at any repairs.
If I was looking for accommodation I'd probably look at something that has been finished and habitable for a little longer than the brand new towers.
The noise from adjoining building work goes on non stop 24 hours and also creates a lot of dust and mess... but if you like living on a building site...
I wouldn't go back to either tower even if someone was paying me to live there.
