Royal Plaza has baby changing units in the bathrooms and even little toddler seats in the toilet cubicles.
Out of all the malls, Royal Plaza loos are the best hygiene wise. I do find it amazing how one person can enter a bathroom and turn it upside down in 120 seconds....
