It depends how much he is getting in Pakistan and whether the Qatar Airways is offring accomodation along with the salary or not, if it is offering accomodation then its ok, if not then at the start in Qatar he will have atleast 4,000 QAR expense only on accomodation and food. it can be more than this.

Accomodation is too much expenseive over here, food is so so.
