it is easy to set password.

connect the d-link router to alptop usine ethernet cable

take internet explorer

type: 192.168.1.1 ( default address of router)

a pop window will come asking username and password

Give user name as: admin

password as: admin

You can see a d-link webpage

on the left hand side you can see wireless

click on it

you can wireless security

choose the type

give the key

save

done
