Take her Original visa with a copy, clear copy of her passport, and a copy of her sponsor ID's. And best thing if sponsor go himself. Or if its issued under any company, the mandoob should go. Go to same Officer from where you got approval. And tell him about the error. Some time he change without issuing other visa. And then take a number and go to laides, give them to update the satus of your's sister visa.
