Call 111 and talk to customer services. They will ask mobile number and the the owner's name and his/her I.D number just for confirmation. And then they will show you your lock code. Its happend to me i did it like this and solved my problem.
Some time they ask customer to come to Q-TEl office and pay QR. 50 to show his/her code but SOMETIME.
