I guess it's a very good package as long as accommdation is covered. The most challenging thing in Doha is finding a house to live in. Rest can all be managed somehow. I would for sure take it if I was you (although I am not into IT and I am not sure what is an Application Dev) but maybe some IT guys on QL can give their points of view as well.
