Greetings and good day to all, just want to ask if anybody with the same experience as i have. My wife has been given a working visa 3 months ago but unfortunately she found out that her work is to heavy for her resulting to be sick everytime and so we decided to talk to the employer to cancel the visa and will transfer to my visa as husband visa, the problem is that it seems that the employer will not give NOC, my question is that can my wife still can apply for a husband visa eventhough she has no NOC?
