I came here from Bombay in November 1979 to join my husband and have been here ever since. It was difficult in the beginning trying to adjust to an entirely different environment; but as time went by I grew accustomed to the place and the people and have made many Qatari friends (men and women) as I work with Qataris. I still love India and wait to go back once in a while and travel places and meet old familiar faces there.

Well, life is what you make of it. So make the best of everything you have.
