Well, i have a dog but I brought him from India. (Labrador). You get puppies in pet shops. There is one called Animal Kingdom , it is on Nassir street, opp the Turkey rest. The price range for a Dalmation is around 2000. At least the time when i checked. But i would suggest go to the shelter n adopt a dog from there. Thats wat i am plannin to do now.
