Giving birth here is tough!! you have to do it on your own..as a first time mom & giving birth via CS-caesarian i manage to take care of my baby & do some house hold chores as well. The baby will cry, if he/she is hungry.. time to change diaper.. the ist 3 days will be hard.. the baby is still adjusting to his/her new environment...eventually you will get use to it... good luck..
