I would add Islamic Museum, barbecue on the beach (sea is still quite cold, but for a short bath...), why not Zubara fort, sand roses near Dukhan, fishing trip from Sheraton, or even bowling and cinema...
There is a classical concert on Sunday, depends on what time she's flying...
