every thing needs time especially the body ...its not a machine you clean , its a whole system which needs lots of care .
you have to eat food with less fats and cholesterol;
you should always drink juices like lemon , orange and carrot for they give you lots of vitamins,
you have to make sure eating beef, chiken and fish , at least every 1 once a week so you attain the minerals you need.
you should drink water daily and so often because it washes body as welll
never forget to have fruits especially at night...
MAKE SURE YOU EXERCISE from time to time, this keeps the body in gd health, pulls out all wastes through sweatining and preserves on ur respiratory system besides when you exercise blood moves faster in your veins and cleans them from any blockage.
One more thing, you have to sleep at least 6 hours every day and make sure not to get much tense or nervous.
