well.it look like you are sponsored by compnay.govt,give visas to company as per her profile and job which company have.What ever you work,what ever your qualification company got visa of labour and they put you there.now if you want a position of manager,it is possible.your company have to apply in labour dept.if they approve you can get position you want.your official
