Honestly these people have no clue what they are doing. Don't put up with these insane policies. Take down all their names, ID number and phone number, if you have to (believe me they get scared of the thought of it) and tell them that you will only speak to the manager and won’t leave until it is resolved. I've had similar experiences, and as soon as you cause a stink they will act. Oh and make sure everyone around you are aware of these policies...this is sure to embarrass them.....if nationality is an issue, call them racist...they hate that one...good luck :)
