If you are looking for Free-to-Air channels that broadcast English movies and serieses, then you may need to install a satellite dish.

If you go downtown, go to any satellite dish shop and tell them that you need to install an FTA receiver on Nilesat satellite... this would be enough for you I guess... As you would have more than 5 channels that broadcast English movies for free... such as MBC Max, MBC action, TV one, and Fox Movies...
