First game is to split the group into two parts. A words is chosen, and each group has to 'sing' one song with that word in it for 15 seconds. Then the next group has to do 15 secs with a different song.
ie. "Yellow"... (songs: yellow submarine; tie a yellow ribbon, etc.) Have a few words ready, in case the round runs out of songs quickly, then you can move onto the next word. [words such as 'green' or 'car' or 'heart' are good].

Give two minutes prior to each 'performance' for the groups to prepare a list of songs ready for when the opposition finishes singing. The group to keep going without running out of songs is the winner.

Second game: You need a Dictionary.
Using a dictionary, one person finds the most obsolete word, and everyone else has to write down a correct sounding 'dictionary definition' of that word, and hands it to a 'scoremaster'. If you don't know what the word is, then write something absurd but possible sounding like the real definition. The definitions are then read out by the scoremaster - each one sounding as plausible as possible. You score a point for everyone who choses your definition. If you wrote the real definition and no one chose yours, you score 20 points.
