If it is a bank loan....if you failed to pay for the monthly ammortization, the bank will deduct two payments for the succeeding month no matter what your income is. Bank won't care if there's some money left for you.
If it is credit card...no such thing as blocking if you are paying regularly. Minimum monthly due will be automatically deducted from your account. Or if you wish to pay more to avoid bigger interest, you yourself can pay for a bigger amount...or you can even pay it all.
Blocking is only happening if you failed to pay for a long period of time, and your company is giving you the salary in cash and not by depositing the salary in the bank account, or you failed to deposit any amount to your account for 3 or 4 consecutive months,...if ever the company or you will deposit the salary in your account THAT TIME, BANK WILL BLOCK CERTAIN AMOUNT OR EVEN THE WHOLE SALARY to cover all the necessary charges.
