Visit Visa I am not sure if you can get one. For business, it will not be possible (based on personal experience). Assuming you'll be hear, upon transfering your sponsorship they will require you from your previous company/sponsor.

Also, I read from the news paper last July 2008 (not sure of the date) that even visit visa requires NOC before you get one.
