dear, no one is coming to trace u if u won't come back to resign but if u have ur graduity, then u must think about ur benifits and loss. it will be a stupid step if u resign and move to a new place. go there on leave first, check the place and job oppurtunities and if u see the situation positive, then come and resign if u want or send ur resign or even don't. this is my advice to u and my personal opinion, if u have got legal immigration, leave asap, pass ur time, get the citizenship then u can come back even with ur new identification.
