Getting a housemade is allowed to non-qatari as a sponser, but there is rules, first you should get approval for the nationalty you want, bare in mind that you can't get your own country housemade, second go to agency office ( a lot in Doha) with your approval to search for what nationalty been approved to you .
this is the best way , else you will waste your time and money .
