Thank you both Daniel and st100281 for your help. I think that 25k base salary is low compare to what I make here. I am in private practice and make more than $15k PM. I think 55k QR base salary is OK and worth it but other than that it is charity work. After all we do have to pay Taxes even from income earned overseas and that has to be factored into the equation.
