I think it was in Oprah's show sometime ago. A bunch of medical doctors and other professional fields were talking about "the secret"; how to make your life better. They showed testimonies, too. Honestly I took it with a pinch of salt. The idea is not original, it's been recycled and repackaged thousands of times. It's just a copy of other's theory or whatever you call it from other shows or books. Dr Phil, Tony Robins or some other quick-fix gurus or motivational speakers have had similar ideas.

The secret of life is to know what our purpose of life is, and it's a journey to figure that out spiritually. Once we got that, then we can understand the big picture and take it from there. And I didn't mean to be patronizing at all.

But, I suppose we deal with our things differently. There's no such thing like one recipe for all when it comes to life.

Cheers!
