Normally 2 year ban is applicable to all Residence Permits cancelled either at the end of the job contract or on resignation by the employee at an early date. However, a "No Objection Certificate" from the Employer can overcome this. But a 4 year ban will be there if the Employer dismisses the Employee as per Article 61 of the Qatar Labour Law.
