I feel you really don't have any idea about the vehicle brands, since you are comparing BMW alongwith the other normal brands like toyota, nissan, etc.
Well let me tell you, BMW is the best.
Regarding the driving school, if you are really planning to go for the classes and all then you can go to any driving school, but if you want license directly by paying something, then i would suggest you to go in GULF DRIVING SCHOOL near the AIRPORT, as there are some agents loitering around for the same. But, obvious that I can't disclose anyone's name.........
