I don't know if i would call it a Sin but i was 'advised' by fellow expats that expats should ideally drive in the middle lane. Fast lane, they pointed out, is usually for the more impatient and hostile drivers, whatever their nationality.
Also these drivers refer to the speed limit as more of a guideline rather than a rule. And they can only show sheer intolerance to people such as yourself who think its the latter.
My advise is that if it bothers you - avoid the fast lane. Otherwise just stick to the fast lane and simply ignore the other driver.
