I'm amazed how QL participant are too smart.

NOC: if ur RP is canceled, u need NOC to come back to the country on different sponsor without having to stay outside for 2 years.

Release: when u r still in Qatar and ur rp still valid then you can transfer ur sponsorship to another company after completing all formalities.
