did you make reentry visa of your wife?(since she is more than 6 months out side Qatar)
with one month baby she can enter without any problem but see the passport of baby is ok or baby's name is endorsed in mother's passport.
going back same day is not a problem but you have to pass through immigration procedure of your baby in main immigration office and I afraid can not done within such a short time.
