Well actually a friend of mine just left Qatar(went on Exit) without a N.O.C two months ago,and now he wants to come back to work in Qatar again,so if the company is willing to provide employment for him can he come back again without a time restriction,(since i heard that there is a time restriction to come back to Qatar once you go exit without a N.O.C)
