Original NBI- no need red ribbon
Original passport
2 picture passport size
result ng medical ( clinic should be appliated from Qatar Embassy; i can suggest Physician Diagnostic in UN Ave near Phil Am Insurance Company.

P 2, 600 per process sa DHL lang pde padala mga papers; 7 working days ang process.
NO NEED CONTRACT sa Embassy pero kailangan ng contract sa POEA and there is no direct hire lahat process pa rin sa mga agency.
