U need to work with the present company for minimum 1 year to change your sponsorship. If you leave Qatar with ur RP cancelled, u can enter Qatar only after 2 years. However, u can change your sponsorship before 1 year also, provided ur current sponsor gives u an NOC. This is what I have heard.
