yes it is possible, the only thing to have a filipina servant is just to direct call and she will be the one to process the basic requirements w/o much cost. processing everything in our country Philippines just cost not more than 400 Qatar riyals. but make sure also that the tourist visa is applied here in Qatar before she goes here.
