I would go through - Q.A.W.S. There may not be puppies readily available however there is an abundance of rescue dogs that need good homes, if this is something you would consider. I would not suggest obtaining a puppy at the Souq Waqif as these animals are surviving in terrible and dismal conditions. Purchasing animals would only be encouraging this unethical treatment.
