Medication can help you but I would really advice you to consult a doctor and to try to find out the reason of your symptoms.

I believe that stress can increase the symptoms and that a regular physical activity can help you but you should also try to understand the origins of the attacks. Our body is always finding a way to express what our mind is trying to forget and you should consider these attacks like an alarm from your body.

You may find quickly or you may need some time but it is important to do it before changing your life because of the panic attacks (like avoiding situations that you know would potentially provoke an attack). So I would recommend you to see a psychologist as he can be helping you.
