To answer your question on what they talk about. it's very simple...they are talking about the match and the football, a bit of history of the teams of the players individually not just commenting on the match of course. In just that some cultures have the tendency to speak more. I personally rarely watch football with Arabic commentary, because they usually make bias comments. I do not enjoy that.
