It working ok with Tokyosat 0.2 dB 4 output LNB. All most all the day Signal is ok.

12316 H 30000 ----- week but catchable(SUN-Home TP)

no dear euro star, its impossible to catch measat in qatar. bcoz the signal stranght is very poor. am a technitian. am trying always. if u know enybody who getting sun on measat?
