If the traffic police will allow you to cross the traffic light. Sure they will inform the traffic department about this time and nothing will happen.
I have my own experience once I was driving and ISF gave me signal to cross the red light, as some VIP was expected to come from that way. The camera flash on me and the others as well. But I didn't see any fine against me.
But better you visit the traffic department and let them know the situation. so they can investigate the timings and traffic guys also.
