the certificates has to be stamped/authenticated from Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Delhi. Check with Indian Cultural Centre, they can provide more info, I heard they can get it attested for a fee.. it takes about 2-3 weeks to sent by courier from here & return. There are a few other agencies as well doing it for about QR: 700
