I didn't see that BBC program, I read something about milk and weight loss on the Internet. I understand any dairy product is good. Thanks for the info. I was avoiding cheese, in fact tried removing it even from McSalad. LOL. But like you say cheese is in any case dangerous because of the calorific load.
