I would recommend good local restaurants like Aryaas (located in the Al Meera complex in Muntazah or near the Jaidah fly over) , or even better but a bit costlier, the Star of India restaurant located very close to the TV roundabout before Merkhiya.

If you like food to be delivered to your home, try Hot Chicken, they really know how to make hot and peppery foods :P . Or you can try Briyani Hut, near the Pearl Roundabout in Wakra...
