I am working in Network field ....Why this field doesnt suite for girls because, most of the work will be at sites and has to travel. At night you will get call if there is any issue. The employee should ready to work 24*7 . And lot of efforts are there. But still if you are ready to bare these efforts, appreaciate ur confidence and all the best.
