To me, the lack of punction, missing capital letters and the poor sentence structure points to someone who does not speak English as a native language. The farther into the rant you go the worse the mistakes seem to be. On top of that, this post doesn't sound American to me. What I mean is it doesn't have the rhythm and flow typical of American speech. Finally - I can't think of one American who would expect their employer to handle (or wait for their employer to handle) a family medical emergency. Nor would they expect their employer to take care of a doctor who is a no show because American employers do not perform this type of role so it just would not be expected.
