Once you cancel the visa for your maid from the immigration Dept, you will recivce 2 document (in Arabic), were one will be submiited to the airport when she exits the country and the otherone will be with you. You have to take this document with you once you apply for the new visa, weather its for the same nationality or different nationality.
Incase if u want to change the nationality, you need to apply first for the change of natinality and then apply for the Visa. or else you can directly apply for the new visa with the same nationality.
