If you don't have GCC licence, but you confident to take a direct test. Just go to Madinat Khalifa Police station.
If you want to take driving course, you may go to nearest driving course nearby your house.
The requirements are NOC from your sponsor, copy of passport & visa, copy of driving licence (if you have), eye test result, yourself photographs.
Licence fee in Police station is just 100-200 QR (CMIIW...) but for driving course is vary, from 500-2000 QR, depend on the course period that you take (short/medium/long).
